  - TypeSystemUtils: Static methods for manipulating type systems.
  - ArrayTools: Static methods for UIMA arrays, at the moment only can do toString()
    in UIMA StringArrays.
  - CasCollector: Collects annotations from a CAS and returns them
    in a a nice Java List.
